01 — Who we are

A friendlier way
to fill a room.

Socialize is Tallinn's social-first events platform. We bring strangers together over food, drinks, music and ideas, and we make showing up the easy part for them.

For our members, it's an open invitation to the city. For venues, it's a way to be the room where Tallinn's social calendar actually happens. We design every format with one question in mind: does the venue win as much as the guest does?

Socialize sits inside an established group of community products. Our sister app, CityMyWay, has built an active community of over 1,500 members across the region, and Socialize is the next step: real-world, in-room, in-venue experiences for the same audience that already trusts us to point them at where to be.

Sister-community members

Built through CityMyWay, our flagship community product. A warm, engaged, local audience already used to showing up to things we recommend.

2026
Year of launch

Socialize Tallinn launched this year with a focused, growing membership. Founding-partner venues get first pick of dates and exclusivity within their category.

No setup fees. No marketing spend. No ticketing tech to install. We bring the format, the audience and the entertainment to a date you already weren't using.

02 — The two formats

Two shifts.
Two formats.
Both pre-sold.

We've designed two flagship formats built around the hours venues struggle to fill. Pick one, pick both, or start with whichever shift hurts most.

03 — Format 01 · Deep dive

Socialize
Brunch.

Saturday afternoons are quiet for most kitchens in Tallinn. Brunch fixes that with a pre-sold, ticketed, all-inclusive social event that fills your room from open to close.

Format 01 · Saturdays

How a Saturday plays out

01

We pre-sell

Tickets go live across the Socialize and CityMyWay community two to three weeks ahead. You see the running headcount in real time.

02

Guests arrive

Doors open at 12:00. Pre-paid guests check in at the door. The DJ is already playing. The room fills inside the first 20 minutes.

03

You feed them

Unlimited food from your kitchen as either a buffet or a rolling set menu. You decide the menu and the format that suits your operation.

04

We pour

Unlimited drinks from a curated menu. Socialize manages the bar pace, the DJ set, and the social moments that keep the room talking.

05

Wrap & split

Service closes at 15:00. We settle within 5 working days based on the pre-agreed split. You keep the customer data for repeat visits.

How everyone makes money

The revenue model

You earn on food at a guaranteed cover count. We earn on the bar. Both of us win on a shift that used to be quiet.
Venue keeps
100%
of the per-cover food revenue, paid against confirmed pre-sold tickets.
Socialize keeps
Bar split
on the unlimited alcohol pour, negotiated venue-by-venue. We carry the inventory risk.
Marketing cost
€0
to the venue. We handle promotion, design, and audience reach end-to-end.
No-show risk
€0
to the venue. Tickets are paid up front. We confirm headcount 48 hours ahead.

04 — Format 02 · Deep dive

Bite
Club.

Mondays and Tuesdays are the hardest nights in hospitality. Bite Club turns them into the most interesting two and a half hours of your week.

minutes
Format 02 · Weeknights

How a Bite Club night plays out

01

Guests pay €5 at the door

A nominal entry handled by Socialize. Filters out the noise, signals intent, and gets us a real headcount before the kitchen fires.

02

One welcome drink, on you

Each guest receives a single house-sponsored drink on arrival. It's the warm handshake that turns a stranger into a regular.

03

Food samplers, every 45 minutes

Your team circulates with small tasting plates roughly every 45 minutes. Three to four sampler rounds across the evening. The guest tries your kitchen at zero risk.

04

The bar does the work

No tap water at the table. Anyone wanting to stay, orders. A featured beverage menu encourages the spend. The room hums.

05

9:00 PM, prices return

Bite Club formally closes at 21:00. Standard menu prices apply from that point. The guests already settled in continue at full margin.

Who does what

Socialize brings

The audience and the format.

  • Member promotion across our community and partner networks
  • Pre-event RSVPs with realistic headcount sent 48 hours ahead
  • Door staff and €5 entry collection on the night
  • Host presence in the room to keep introductions flowing
  • Light social programming if useful (icebreakers, quick prompts)
  • Post-event content and feedback so we improve every Bite Club

Venue brings

The kitchen and the curiosity.

  • Three to four rounds of small-format samplers (your choice of dishes)
  • One welcome drink per ticketed guest, on the house
  • A featured beverage menu at a friendly price point to drive volume
  • Standard bar staffing for the 2.5-hour window
  • A no-tap-water-at-tables policy for the duration of the event
  • Standard licensing, health and safety compliance

How everyone makes money

The revenue model

A small upfront from us, a small drink from you, and a busy bar that quietly does most of the work for you.

of all bar sales beyond the single sponsored welcome drink. Featured menu pricing is your call.

Food cost

Three to four small-format passes. Designed to showcase, not to fill a stomach.

Socialize

Indicative model. Real margins depend on your menu pricing, COGS, sampler choice and beverage mix. On a quiet Monday this is incremental revenue against a near-zero baseline.

05 — Why partner with us

Four reasons
this just works.

01

Footfall when you actually need it

Saturday afternoons and weeknight evenings are statistically the quietest shifts for most Tallinn hospitality venues. Every guest we bring is incremental, not a customer we stole from your Friday night.

02

New diners trying your food

Our members are explorers. They come for the format and stay for the kitchen. A Bite Club sampler done well turns into a Wednesday dinner reservation the following week. That's the real win.

03

Zero marketing cost

No ad spend. No platform fees. No content production. We handle promotion, design, ticketing and amplification across our channels. You spend on what you already do well: food and service.

04

We carry the operational risk

Tickets are pre-sold for Brunch. Door is collected for Bite Club. Alcohol inventory for Brunch sits with us. You're not laying out cash on a maybe. The math is clean and the downside is small.

06 — Terms at a glance

The shape of
the deal.

A snapshot of how a partnership is usually structured. Everything is agreed venue-by-venue. Nothing here is set in stone.

Commitment
Minimum of 1 event to start. We strongly recommend a 3-event pilot across 6 weeks to give the format time to find its audience and your team time to find its rhythm.
Exclusivity
Founding-partner venues get category exclusivity in their immediate neighbourhood for the duration of the agreement. We won't run a competing Bite Club on the same street.
Brunch split
Venue keeps 100% of food cover revenue at the pre-agreed per-cover rate. Socialize keeps the bar revenue from the unlimited pour. Exact split agreed per venue.
Bite Club split
Venue keeps 100% of all paid bar sales. Socialize keeps the €5 door fee to cover platform and hosting costs. No food revenue split, no platform fee.
Headcount confirmation
Confirmed numbers sent 48 hours before each event. Pre-sold tickets are non-refundable. Bite Club door is collected in real time.
Settlement
All venue payments settled within 5 working days of the event via bank transfer. Full event report and customer data summary delivered alongside.
Branding
Co-branded across pre-event marketing, in-venue signage and post-event content. Your venue is the headline location, not the supporting cast.
Cancellations
7-day notice either way. Force majeure handled case-by-case. We'd rather move a date than cancel one.

A few questions we get

Q1
"What if my Saturday afternoon is already busy?"
Then Brunch probably isn't right for you, and we'll tell you that. Bite Club on a Monday or Tuesday almost certainly is. We'd rather start with the format that fits your real calendar than push a square peg.
Q2
"Unlimited alcohol feels risky."
It is, which is why Socialize carries it. We manage the pour pace, the curated menu, the bar staffing brief and the inventory itself. You're not signing up for an open tap, you're signing up for a structured, paced format we've designed to be commercially sound.
Q3
"What about my own regulars?"
Brunch is ticketed and capacity-controlled, so your room is locked to the event. Bite Club is more open, and many venues sell standard menu items at the bar alongside it. We'll design the floor plan with you.
Q4
"Will guests come back as paying customers?"
This is the whole point of the model. We share post-event guest data with you (within GDPR), and our format is explicitly designed to be a paid trial of your kitchen. The repeat-visit conversion is what makes both formats worth the effort for a venue partner.
Q5
"How quickly can we run a first event?"
Two to three weeks from agreement to doors-open is typical. We need 14 days of promotion runway to pre-sell properly. Faster is possible for Bite Club if the date is right.
07 — Let's talk
Pick a slow
shift. We'll make
it the busiest.

A 30-minute coffee, a walk through your space, and a candid look at your slowest two shifts of the week. We'll come back with a draft date and a draft format you can say yes or no to. No pitch deck, no pressure.
